Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg. Other countries may be added soon.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order weight. We occasionally run promotional shipping offers.

Duties and Taxes

For EU customers, all taxes and VAT are included in the final price. International customers may face additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@maverickdrink.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
