Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for drinks once delivered. This is in accordance with Belgian Code of Economic Law Article VI.53 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, we are committed to addressing any issues with damaged, incorrect, or defective orders.

Claim Process

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@maverickdrink.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Resolution

Upon verification of a valid claim, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
